We recently moved into our new home, and A&L supplied our upgraded sliding doors. During handover, we identified a couple of issues and raised them with A&L. To their credit, A&L took ownership of the issues and worked through several visits to ensure everything was fixed properly. One of their managers personally liaised with me throughout the process and kept me informed until all outstanding items were resolved. I am very pleased with the outcome. The customer service was excellent, the team was professional and responsive, and the finished product looks fantastic. I wanted to purchase replacement lockable winders for my windows. I needed winders with stainless steel chains which are not available in Victoria. I contacted Christie at A&L Windows Stapylton branch in Queensland regarding availability and Christie prepared a quotation for supply and delivery of the winders. Payment was very simple and the winders were sent by express mail. I am very happy with the purchase and Christie was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process.
